In 1987 Crystal Mountain came to us as the #7 ski resort in northern Michigan, with a drastic need to increase their market share and resort rating. Stevens took a fresh approach by promoting their family-friendly, service-oriented culture. 
   
We helped design a new entrance, a new logo, began to promote their properties utilizing Personal URLs and viral marketing, and upgraded all of their collateral materials to reflect “Mountain Life.”

Crystal is now a complete four-season resort with skiing, championship golf and stunning conference facilities. From a small local ski hill to a national powerhouse with a $60M expansion plan, Crystal is now the #1 ski resort in the entire Midwest, overtaking even perennial favorite Boyne Mountain.
