This real estate promotion uses a cutting edge online marketing tool called Personalized URLs, or PURL, combined with variable data direct mail marketing. Personalized postcards were sent out, directing recipients to a tailored Crystal Mountain website bearing their name. Once arriving at the site, prospects were treated to a personalized message and an offer of a reduced lodging rate for purposes of evaluating a Crystal Mountain property of their choice.
This innovative marketing tool resulted in 46 individuals and couples actually taking advantage of the offer within a one-month window. This was one of Crystal Mountain’s most successful real estate marketing promotions ever, generating the equivalent of about 6 months worth of new qualified leads.
