Story
Maple Island Log Homes began designing and building innovative handcrafted log homes nationwide since 1977. A changing economic climate dictated that they expand their market geography, increase sales and work to level out the yearly sales cycle.
In addition to redeveloping their logo, corporate brochure and collateral materials for widespread distribution and creating a customized coffee-table book as a purchase reinforcement/viral tool, we also scrutinized media options and targeted a PR campaign to “B” level geographies. These initiatives were highly cost-effective and served to pinpoint a more qualified, upscale clientele.
On the interactive front, we produced a brand-focussed web site and coordinated both organic and pay-per-click search engine campaigns focusing on industry specific keywords, which doubled web traffic within the first two weeks. We followed up with a focused email drive that generated a deep new pool of qualified leads.
