Over the years, Stafford’s H.O. Rose Dining Room in the Perry Hotel has become known as one of the most elegant dining options in northwest Michigan.  But it has also been seen as more formal and expensive that it really was.  To gain greater appeal with visitors and locals, the marketing emphasis has been shifted to more accurately portray the H.O. Rose Dining Room as the friendly, reasonably priced dining opportunity it is.
