A partnership lasting decades.
For over 30 years, Stevens has worked with Crystal to transform itself into the world-class resort they are today. When we first connected with Crystal Mountain, they were ranked #7 in the state. Now, they are one of the top-ranked family resorts in the country. Over the decades, we have worked with them as they added amenities including a conference center, spa, outdoor waterpark, restaurants, retail centers, a second golf course, downhill terrain, lifts, real estate developments, and more.
Setting the stage.
Crystal is where memories are made, traditions are practiced, and vacation comes to life. The resort provides a stage where people can have memorable experiences and connect with each other and nature. Crystal’s goal was to share that experience with a larger audience to increase awareness and overnight bookings.
We put together a plan.
To do that, we took a close look at their past guest lists via PRIZM profiling. Using this data, we developed a strong mix of traditional and non-traditional advertising to reach new guests. Throughout the years, Stevens has collaborated to redesign their brand identity for new real estate and lodging developments, signage, marketing materials, direct marketing, collateral, bi-annual lifestyle publications, enhanced their digital presence, and much more.
